NetCut is a tool that help to discover who is on your wireless network. It insures cutoff in all the network environment.
Run NetCut as administration and wait for sometime. Then select all the IP's except first two IP's. The first two IP's are of your system. Then click on cut off tab to limit the other people using internet. To resume simply select the IP and click on resume tab.
